Pentecost Sunday One Worship Service

Holy Week Services

7:30 pm Thursday – Saturday March 28, 7:30 pm – Maundy Thursday: As Jesus celebrated the Passover meal with his disciples and instituted the Lord’s supper, he demonstrated humility and love by washing his disciples’ feet, taking the place of a servant. Come before worship (beginning at 6:45 pm) or stay afterward to participate in a foot-washing experience in the Fellowship Hall. Midweek Lent Services

Beginning Ash Wednesday and every Wednesday at 7 pm during Lent, we will gather together to reflect on our need for a Savior. Lent is a time to grow closer to God. A time to repent of our failures of our sin to seek His forgiveness. Lent is a time of reflection. A time to prepare our hearts and minds for the celebration of Good Friday and Easter. Ash Wednesday

Each year we take a forty-day trip ending at Jerusalem and the empty grave of Jesus between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday. We see this journey, or pilgrimage, as an opportunity to learn something new about the Lord, His Word, and ourselves. Come and hear about “Promised Treasures:  Sitting in Dust and Ashes”

We have three different service opportunities for you the Christmas Eve! Please join us in person for any of the services – we can’t wait to worship with you! Christmas Concerts

Featuring choir, strings, brass, organ, handbells, steelpan drum, and praise team plus sing along carols. Refreshments will be available after each concert.The concerts are free but in the spirit of Christmas giving, we ask that you bring a non-perishable food item which will be donated to the Elizabeth House Soup Kitchen in Laurel and Laurel Advocacy and Referral Service(LARS).

Advent by Candlelight

The women (and women friends) of Our Savior are invited to this special opportunity for fellowship and quiet reflection in preparation for Advent. We will hear an Advent story from God’s Word, join in song, and pray for our hearts to receive our Savior as we celebrate His birth. Light refreshments will be included.
