Where did you grow up, or where are you originally from?
I was born in Wisconsin and raised in Idaho. I attended Grace Lutheran School in Pocatello, Idaho.
What can you tell us about your immediate family (Names? Number of kids?)
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Johan Stewart, since 2004. We have 5 boys. Philip, Daniel, Charles, Benjamin, and Matthew
What do you enjoy about your work?
I enjoy being able to help provide a safe and nurturing center so the love of God can be shared to all who enter.
Something unique about me is:
I am fearfully and wonderfully made!
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy games with my family, and tennis with friends.
What is your favorite Bible Verse/Book of the Bible, and why?
My favorite group of verses in the Bible are from the book of Philippians, starting at chapter 4, versus 4-9. “Rejoice in the Lord always I will say it again rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me, put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” These verses, promises, give me hope and comfort.
