A sermon based on Luke 15:1-10, Rev. J. Orlando Flahn
are broken people, lost in sin, but God pursues us daily with His eternal love. He desires to make each of us His own, and He is relentless in His pursuit. The Bible can be summarized in two key concepts: Revelation and Relationship. It reveals a holy God who unveils Himself to rescue us from the power of sin and establish an eternal relationship with us.
Has God found you? We cannot achieve this on our own. The Bible states, “All of us, like sheep, have strayed away. We have left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet the Lord laid on Him (Jesus) the sins of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6 NLT).
We gather this morning to learn more about why God has gone to such lengths to find us and bring us to Himself.
